Individual Psychotherapy
Our therapeutic relationship will be based on trust, respect and acceptance to better understand and gain a new perspective on the complexities of your unique life.
As a psychotherapist, I am interested in how relationships heal and transform individuals. I work closely with my clients to illuminate areas in which they feel disconnected from others, and then together, we come up with ways to bridge those gaps. We will explore how the present and the past intersect, especially in terms of relationships.
I tend to be interactive in sessions with my clients while leaving plenty of room for private moments of insight. Each person is unique. It is very important to me that he/she feels attended to in ways that are meaningful to her/him.
